Czar
Tribute :  Czar was our companion, our watch dog, the guardian of our grand kids, our joy. I know he’ll be waiting for us beyond that Rainbow Bridge.
From :  Patsy & Ed Heller
Kiani
Tribute :  I will never forget the day in January of 2003 when my husband and I drove up to NJ with our beagle "Katie" to get her a new husky sister. I was looking on the website for weeks to find "the right one" I had picked out two and when we arrived at the house in NJ I looked at my husband and said "that one" "I want that one" It was Kiani. I knew that she was the one for us. We introducted ourselves to her and she was very shy. As time went on Kiani became "daddy’s girl". Kiani was unique and loved to be with us and her beagle sister. We take comfort in knowing we gave Kiani the best possible life "pet parents" can give their babies. Kiani passed away on October 24, 2011. It has been so difficult for my husband and myself. We miss her tremendously. RIP Baby Girl. Mommy and Daddy love you always.

Tribute :  You were my Thunder. You were big, strong, mighty & powerful. You were cute, cuddly, warm & lovable. Mom, Dad, 3 special little people, Jacqueline, Victoria & Christopher along with beagle cousin Scrappy loved spnding time with you. You were an important family member. You were there to greet me every morning, greet me when I came home, & make sure I was safe when I feel asleep at night. You were a Gentle Giant. You were a great dog who will always be in my heart. On June 1, 2011 Thunder left for the Rainbow Bridge. I will always miss you.

Bear
Tribute :  Bear has made the complete circle of life with DVSHR. He came into rescue 8 years ago as a young pup and when a death in the family brought him back to DVSHR we realized he was not well. After extensive testing he was found to have advanced liver cancer. Bear crossed over on 7/22/2011. Run free of pain and suffering Bear!

In November 2006 we became Jordan’s new family thanks to the great people at DVSHR. She was so full of love and personality we all fell for her immediately. In the next 4 1/2 years we had so many great times with you Jordan. From trips to the beach, walks, playing sticks with you, it didn’t matter, you made everyone happy. We know you were happy too! you always lit up when you saw us! We all miss you dearly sweetheart.
