Thor (formerly "Reds")
Tribute :  I adopted Thor on 12/13/2003. He was thin, way too energetic. Come to find out he was epileptic. For the 7+ short years that I had him, I grew to know a compassionate, loving Sibe who was full of surprises. He made me laugh and was a good companion for my husky, Mytuk, who passed in June, 2008. Thor made his journey across the Rainbow Bridge on Feb 10, 2011...Bob and I love him and miss him. Miss my fuzzy eared boy :)

Chance
Tribute :  It is impossible to find the most perfect words to say goodbye to Chance. We didn’t know we could ever love so much. The night before Chance died, I wrote to a friend, "I am grateful for the opportunity to have loved a wonderful dog. He taught me many things, among them: to greet people with joyful exuberance, to celebrate simple pleasures, to live in the present moment, that a simple touch can be profound and that we make our joy and it is a magical gift when shared with others. Do not be afraid of loving or of being loved." Chance laid in bed with me during a combined four months of bed rest during two pregnancies. I will never forget that. He was a survivor and was an inspiration. We adopted Chance 1/17/08 and he died 11/19/10.

OZZY - 12 year old male
Tribute :  Ozzy passed on 2/13/12 after spending over a year in foster care here in the Grover home. He was a happy boy and gave our family many joyful moments. Although he will be missed, we are grateful that we had the honor of his presence that last year. May Ozzy's vision and health be restored as he waits for us at the Rainbow Bridge.
Sasha
Frankie (Wiese)
Tribute :  Our hearts were fulled with joy when you came into our lives and empty and sad when you left us. We are so thankful that we were able to spend 13,wonderful, years with a dog that gave us so many smiles and love. Your presence was remarkable not just by your size, but with the personality that you showed like the many layers of fur on our couch. We miss your smile, your eyes, your teddy bear hugs. You were the best, because you were the first. We love you Frankie! <3
