It is a mystery to DVSHR how a dog as wonderful as Glacier could be a stray. He won all of us over and he quickly charmed the first family that met him. Now he has one of the biggest yards in the tri-state area and a pretty red and white Siberian sister. We want to thank the family for choosing a rescue.

Cadence was adopted into her forever home on 11/23/07 by the Correia family of Freehold, NJ. Upon our arrival she immediately introduced herself to their 2y.o. white male husky Nikko. From that point she made herself right at home. She now has a huge fenced yard where she can romp with her new fur pal, and also has three young human playmates.

Dakota's North Star was adopted last month.
I am finally sending out his long over due happy ending story.
I can't thank Pat enough for finding the perfect home for Dakota NS.
Michele and Seth Pollock, two of the dearest people on earth, fell in love
with Dakota NS and I know Dakota felt the same for them.
Michele and Seth have a very social and well behaved sweet 15 yr old
miniature Poodle named Ziggy. Dakota and Ziggy have become pals.
Dakota is good with their cats and very loving with their young nieces and nephews.
Dakota NS has a yard to run in, a canine companion, a mom and dad who
adore him and give him lots of exercise and attention. Oh, and by the way he
also has a house at the shore! Michele and Seth gave a very generous
donation to the rescue. They are truly wonderful folks and I couldn't ask for a
better home for my "Northie"
Dakota NS will always be near a dear to our hearts.
