Coat Color :  Red / White

Description :  Hello. My name is Max and I’m new here. When my mom and dad seperated, my mom (and two human brothers) moved to a place where I was not allowed. My canine brother Rusty and I grew up together but someone came and took Rusty to a new home. There was only room for one of us so I came to rescue to find a new "furever" home. As you can see, I am a Siberian Husky-German Shepard mix. My coat is smooth and I really don’t shed much except when I blow my coat. I get along very well with two female Sibes in my foster home and they take turns playing with me. Sometimes my foster mom has to remind me not to be so rough but when you like to play as much as I do it’s hard. My former home had a small 4 ft. fenced in yard and I spent most of my day there with my brother. My foster mom now takes me for walks every day and I never pull. I do have a fondness for squirrels though but "mom" says they’ll bite my nose and tells me to "leave it." It doesn’t stop me from looking though! I have had some basic obedience training, I take treats very gently, I rarely bark, I am completely housebroken, I am crate trained, and I do not counter surf even though I am quite tall. I do jump up when I meet people and "mom" frequently has to remind me to stay "off." But I just get excited and love meeting people. "Mom" also has to sometimes stop me from kissing so much. I just love to wake everyone up with kisses in the morning! I should probably have a fur buddy in my new home so if you are looking for a very friendly layed-back quiet type of guy, then I’m the guy for you! Why don’t you complete an application and make arrangements to meet me. I’d love to meet you!
