This sweet, petite, little girl (10 months old) was owned by a family who felt that they did not have enough time or room for her. Phoenix is just a typical young dog who needs a family ready to commit to raising a puppy.She does know some basic commands such as sit and down, and generally listens well to people, as she is eager to please.
